If you?ve ever been towed or lived in a neighborhood where parking is a head-banging exercise in frustration, you?ll probably have a loud opinion on what happened to Chris Swanicke.
Swanicke had parked his truck in a private, tow-away spot in Capitol Hill, only to discover an hour later that it had been towed, writes columnist Danny Westneat in The Seattle Times.
When Swanicke picked up his truck the next day from Citywide Towing, the bill was $800.
