With the end of 2012 less than a month away, it's time to take a look at the food and drink events taking place in December. Given that the offerings taper out before the holidays, there's also a list of the most anticipated culinary events of 2013. The docket includes a series of star-studded dinners for Hurricane Sandy relief (Bon Appetit's Do Your Part Dinners), a swanky festival in Florida with the likes of Daniel Boulud (Palm Beach Food & Wine), Eric Ripert's annual caribbean gathering (Cayman Cookout), and Ren? Redzepi's Copenhagen symposium, MAD, which is asking for donations as it enters its third year.
